Nathan was running late for our appointment, but he kept me informed and even offered to change my appointment if it suited.....good service.
On arrival he quickly got to work and diagnosed the problem and gave me options and he undertook the work keeping me informed of his progress. He showed respect of my property, worked professionally, cleanly and quickly.
