Right from my initial enquiry though to the signing off of the work with the requisite certification and warranty, Nathan’s practice was exemplary. Everything he did helped to instil confidence. He did a site visit to discuss the nature of the work, gave us a detailed quotation, turned up (in a smart van) when he said he would (and texted us in advance with an ETA), kept us informed all the way along and answered our questions, was friendly and approachable, and did a really neat, tidy and professional job with attention to detail. I will definitely be using him again and have recommended him to my friends and neighbours.
