A lifetime workmanship guarantee is almost like a pledge between myself and my customers. Unlike a manufacturer warranty which generally focuses on the quality and function of materials, a workmanship guarantee is solely about the quality of work I deliver.
Here at Quality Electrician, I guarantee the workmanship for the lifetime of the electrical installation, on the condition that the work has been paid for in full.
If an issue with the workmanship I’ve provided does occur, Quality Electrician will repair or rectify the defective work at our discretion. This will be at no additional labour charge to the client.

If the original installation work has been modified or altered in any way, interfered with by a third part then the guarantee will not apply.
The lifetime workmanship guarantee will not apply if there are clear signs of misuse or accidental damage to the original installation. The same applies for any environmental factors beyond our control.

Sometimes it's difficult to tell if a defect is down to general wear and tear or the workmanship provided by the electrician. It’s worth sharing the typical, expected, deterioration timeframes of electrical components over time, with regular use.
